“Earth is our mother. Let life be born in this sacred land.”
Trees 4 Peace is a global program to heal both humanity and nature through nature.
By healing one you will heal the other.
In order to achieve world peace, we must heal nature.
If we don’t heal nature, it is impossible to heal ourselves.
This proposal that stems from experience and not from theory. We must try now. We must include fundamental spiritual laws: The Law of Interdependence. Everyone and everything is interdependent.
The genetic codes of human beings Are interdependent with each other, they are interdependent with all the genetic codes of nature (All living beings), they are interdependent with all the genetic codes of the spirit (our missions in this lifetime).
Trees 4 Peace is a simple yet effective way to heal people and the planet, experience shows that through the healing of nature one can heal drug addicts and people with depression.
Trees 4 Peace proposes to plant every kind of tree varieties.
Trees 4 Peace is not a forestry program per se.
Trees 4 Peace is not reforestation per se.
Trees 4 Peace is not economic development per se.
Trees 4 Peace is not about simple material progress. Nevertheless, Trees 4 Peace will have an impact in all those areas.
Trees 4 Peace is about the collective healing of nature and humanity. The goal of Trees 4 Peace is to attain collective peace through inner and outer healing. Trees 4 Peace will contribute to collective peace by planting a number of trees equivalent to the number of inhabitants of the planet. The target of Trees 4 Peace is to plant between 7 and 8 billion trees. As we approach that target, nature will become a great vessel for our healing and inner peace.
Our collective Instrument
Most human spiritual transformation systems are based on instruments that are oriented towards individuals.vThe healing of someone from a certain disease is often carried out by means of prescriptions and methods defined for that particular individual. Physical healing is a localized phenomenon, like cutting one’s finger. Here, all actions are oriented to that particular individual.
Spiritual healing is not a localized phenomenon. It is a process that goes far beyond the person in need of healing. When we refer to healing, we refer to aspects such as anger, deception, depression, fear, etc.
Based on experience, to address these kinds of states, we must go far beyond the individual itself. The healing process might include the whole family, it might go beyond the his or hers current lifetime, or it could be related to the natural environment as a whole.
The development of environmental medicine demonstrates the importance of including the quality of the environment as to how it deals with all kinds of diseases. The challenge is to find the instruments of human spiritual transformation that are truly collective in nature.
The future well-being of humanity is found in the creation of a “Collective Instrument”. This is a situation in which everyone and everything is included, We, as part of the environment and the environment as part of us.
Being at peace with ourselves will never really materialize unless we are at peace with nature. One is an integral and indivisible dimension of the other. The importance of building this collective instrument is reinforced by realizing the great limitation we have in self-realizing collective values. These values are what should sustain humanity in this new millennium.
Individualistic and materialistic values are often attained at the expense of the deterioration of collective welfare. Thus, individual values such as competition, achievement, success and exclusion are due to the quality of limited instruments of transformation.
This instrument is driven by ‘knowing’, ‘having’ and ‘doing’. However, this instrument limits us in the self-realization of our collective values.
The values that are more difficult to achieve are love, compassion, care, sharing, solidarity, mutuality, equity, justice, freedom, interdependence, security and peace. To self-realize these values we need to build the correct collective instruments. It will be through the achievement of collective peace that we will achieve all other collective values.
Experience shows that it is impossible to achieve collective peace without achieving collective justice and freedom at the same time. This is the new paradigm for the achievement of collective peace: the paradigm of self-realization of collective peace through collective healing and inner peace; and, these two, through the healing of nature. It is through the healing of nature that we will make a significant contribution to the building of this collective reality.
The contribution of Trees 4 Peace will materialize by planting a number of trees equivalent to the number of inhabitants of our planet.
Trees 4 Peace is just one of a series of complementary programs focused on building our collective reality for collective spiritual transformation.
Who is responsible
Each individual or organization is responsible for the planting of Trees 4 Peace.
Trees 4 Peace is not just geared towards governments or businesses. It is designed in a way that everyone can participate. All social actors must be part of Trees 4 Peace’s planting program. You could personally plant a tree in your backyard or in a good container inside your apartment or room where you live. Or, a parent could plant as many trees as members of the family. If you don’t have some land to do so, you could ask my neighbors, or local authorities, permission to find a place where one could plant Trees 4 Peace.
There are hundreds of tree planting programs that would happily welcome your contribution. If you don’t have the time, you can contact a tree planting program to make a contribution for planting several trees. However, you must make sure that the trees were planted.
You can join your local neighborhood and make a joint decision to plant the number of trees equal to the people in your community. This will open dialogues and promote spiritual instruments which will ultimately improve the collective welfare of your community.
You may also join a non-governmental organization that specializes in these types of programs. Government authorities can decide to open land for tree planting programs. These governments can join forces with individuals, non-governmental organizations or corporations to plant thousands of trees to reach the national Trees 4 Peace goal, equivalent to the number of people in that particular country. Companies can plant trees equal to the number of collaborators. A ministry, or the government as a whole, can plant trees equivalent to the respective number of public workers involved.
Taking into account the capacity in the hands of governments or in the hands of the private sector, large companies can contribute to the achievement of national Trees 4 Peace objectives.
It should be noted that this type of corporate program must consider the type of plantation and the varieties of trees that would benefit the community in general and not use this program for personal interests and benefits.
There is room for all kinds of networks and coalitions in order to achieve the contribution required for the healing of our planet and the obtaining of collective peace.
